Watching the rise of refurbished, I saw an immense opportunity — but also a major risk: consumer trust eroding due to a lack of rigor.

QBP was born from a desire to reconcile these two worlds. On one side, the standards of the new product industry; on the other, the agility of the circular economy. What started as an expert's revolt became a collective project: building infrastructure where economic performance serves environmental responsibility.
